4. Premium Services & Refund Policy
Certain features require a one-time premium purchase. Premium access includes:
- Access to all 25 chapters of study material
- Exam mode with timed practice tests
- Detailed progress reports and analytics
Premium purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds based on the user's performance or results in official examinations. By purchasing, you acknowledge that access to digital content is granted immediately upon payment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Patente Parallel, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Patente Parallel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Patente Parallel is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti). We do not provide official certifications. Use of this service does not guarantee a passing grade on the official national exam.
